With hybrid operations making compliance a shared responsibility, the training equips business and process owners to assess privacy risks effectively.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Over 300 employees participated in hands-on sessions that emphasized accountability and encouraged stronger collaboration between teams and the Privacy Office. The program used interactive training, gamification, and role-specific modules instead of generic technical instruction.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cThe PIA Bootcamp ensures privacy is embedded in our systems and services from the start,\u201d said Leah Jimenez, PLDT and Smart\u2019s Chief Data Privacy Officer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cPrivacy is a core value at PLDT, and this award reinforces our commitment to the highest standards of governance and accountability,\u201d added Atty. Marilyn A.
