PLDT Enterprise has partnered with mWell and Serbisyong Q, spearheaded by Marikina\u2019s 2nd\u00a0<\/sup>District Representative Stella Quimbo and former member of the House of Representative Miro Quimbo, to enhance healthcare services in Marikina.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

This collaboration aims to provide significant improvements for advanced telehealth services and reliable connectivity to residents, making healthcare more accessible and efficient.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Empowering Healthcare through Digital Transformation<\/u><\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Through the partnership, PLDT Enterprise\u2019s iGate and access points for internet connectivity enable seamless teleconsultations and online healthcare services through mWell.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“Digital connectivity is critical in today\u2019s healthcare landscape,” said Ruby Montoya, Vice President and Head of Enterprise Revenue Group at PLDT Enterprise. “Our partnership with mWell and Serbisyong Q underscores our commitment to leveraging technology to improve public health services and ensure that quality healthcare is within reach for everyone in Marikina.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The initiative is part of the regular medical mission under the healthcare program, Serbisyong Q, which operates out of the Q headquarters at River Park Lol Building in Marikina.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“By leveraging PLDT Enterprise\u2019s robust connectivity solutions, we are able to bring healthcare services closer to our constituents,” said 2nd<\/sup> District Representative of Marikina Stella Quimbo. “This partnership not only enhances the quality of healthcare in Marikina but also ensures that our residents have quick and reliable access to medical professionals through mWell\u2019s teleconsultation services.”<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Innovative Healthcare Solutions<\/u><\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The collaboration utilizes the 1Life Digital Community Healthcare System, known for its fast and efficient lab services. By partnering with mWell, 1Life has augmented its onsite medical staff with teleconsultations, providing faster turnaround times for patients. Since implementing PLDT Enterprise\u2019s Wi-Fi services, mWell has successfully conducted teleconsultations for nearly 1,000 patients in Marikina.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
