Building on its ongoing commitment to foster a global community passionate about using #TikTokforGood, TikTok is introducing the\u00a0TikTok Change Makers Program, its first-ever global social impact creator elevation program. This initiative spotlights creators and non-profits who create meaningful change in their communities through TikTok.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Throughout the program, TikTok will support these creators to build engaged communities, reach new audiences, and unlock real-world opportunities through dedicated tools, resources, and donations to designated non-profit organizations, enabling them to drive an even greater impact around their causes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Introducing the TikTok Change Makers<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

To officially launch this program, TikTok is celebrating and unveiling its inaugural global list of TikTok Change Makers, comprising 50 purpose-driven creators from around the world. Whether spreading positivity or sharing good deeds, these Change Makers continue to advocate, inspire, and educate their communities to drive collective change on TikTok and beyond.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Among the Change Makers is the Philippines’ Celine Murillo, a photographer, filmmaker, and environmentalist who creates content showcasing the rich biodiversity of the Philippines. Her goal is to inspire her audience to care about Mother Earth and generate a desire to protect the planet. Her content on\u00a0native Philippine trees\u00a0and\u00a0the “Boom Tarat Tarat” bird\u00a0highlights her commitment to environmental conservation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“Humans are part of the natural world \u2013 I hope to remind people of this fact through my stories and content that promotes Philippine biodiversity and our natural heritage,” said\u00a0Celine Murillo, Photographer, Filmmaker, and Environmentalist.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Grant for Worthwhile Causes<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

TikTok brings together creators, non-profit organizations, and businesses with a shared vision to rally support, raise awareness, and generate funds for worthy causes.\u00a0Over 50,000 posts<\/strong>\u00a0under the\u00a0#TikTokforGood\u00a0hashtag showcase the strength and impact of a community keen to drive meaningful change and unlock real-world impact.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

TikTok,\u00a0through its\u00a0Change Makers Grant,\u00a0is donating over $1 million to more than 30 global and local non-profit organizations supporting a variety of important causes. Each Change Maker will receive a $25,000 direct donation to support their respective advocacies while elevating the impact of their work.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
