PLDT\u2019s wireless unit Smart has upgraded the student activity centers of Emilio Aguinaldo College \u2013 Cavite (EACC) and Laguna State Polytechnic University (LSPU) San Pablo City in Laguna with free Smart Bro-powered Wi-Fi hubs.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
