The company must also be certified as a Great Place to Work to be eligible for the recognition.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Out of the thirty exceptional employers in the list, Teleperformance placed fourth. The company\u2019s nomination and subsequent victory in the IT-BPM category were also possible by Teleperformance\u2019s certification as a Great Place to Work for six straight years.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cOur company\u2019s continued inclusion in the GPTW roster is a testament to the reliable procedures and exceptional work ethics being employed by our incredible team at Teleperformance. Our workplace\u2019s philosophy of prioritizing employees\u2019 welfare has allowed the same people to sustain pride in the organization,\u201d said Chief Executive Officer Francisco Lara.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Chief People Officer Jeffrey Johnson also recognized the company\u2019s initiatives that further made the achievement possible. \u201cGrassroots-led initiatives in the company, such as TP women and TP Pride, have ensured that the needs of employees across different sites nationwide are being met. Teleperformance maintains its identity as a safe space for all, regardless of individual characteristics.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Teleperformance\u2019s 2023 global results indicate a significant increase in the number of GPTW-certified sites. With recognition in over 72 countries<strong>, 99% of TP\u2019s 410,000 global employees are now formally employed by a Great Place to Work\u00ae-certified company<\/strong>. Additionally, the company had one of the highest Trust Index score among businesses with over 100,000 global employees \u2014 solidifying its reputation in the industry as a people-first employer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">According to<strong>TP\u2019s Great Place to Work certification<\/strong>, 89% of employees confirmed that they are equipped with ample resources at work to execute their jobs, while another 85% expressed their satisfaction with the training they have been receiving from Teleperformance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Through Teleperformance\u2019s Diversity, Equity, &amp; Inclusion (DE&amp;I) initiatives, a number of progressive programs were able to be established, such as, an inclusive <strong>Health Maintenance Organization (HMO) policy<\/strong>, an industry-recognized <strong>HIV awareness program<\/strong>, and several training on gender sensitivity and empowerment,\u00a0 to name a few.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Out of the thirty exceptional employers in the list, Teleperformance placed fourth.
