This was announced during the Great Place to Work Philippines first in-person recognition gala at Hilton Manila.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Teleperformance, along with 35 workplaces in the Philippines, were recognized for being trailblazers in the art of connecting, leading, and inspiring employees.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Great Place to Work Philippines assessed participating employees&#8217; experiences across five dimensions \u2013 credibility, respect, fairness, pride, and camaraderie. Using this standard, qualified workplaces should have a high level of trust among employees, a sense of pride in the workplace, and the general sentiment of joy and togetherness among coworkers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cOver the years, our Teleperformance Philippines family has shown true passion for care, integrity, and innovation \u2013 reflecting the core values we uphold as an organization,\u201d Teleperformance Philippines Chief Executive Officer Francisco Lara shared. \u201cWith the evolving needs of businesses and employees today, we continue to focus on our people\u2019s holistic wellbeing, transcending the four corners of our work spaces.
