These applications help protect kids from inappropriate content on the web, regulate the time spent on devices, and even reveal the child\u2019s physical location&nbsp; if their gadget has a tracking app installed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kaspersky Safe Kids features a high level of website protection \u2013 highlighted in the report \u2013 and delivers strengthened results for Windows \u2013 92 percent (<a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.av-test.org\/fileadmin\/pdf\/reports\/AV-TEST_Kaspersky_Parental_Control_Test_December_2021.pdf\">90%<\/a> in 2021) and Android \u2013 87 percent (<a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.av-test.org\/fileadmin\/pdf\/reports\/AV-TEST_Kaspersky_Parental_Control_Test_December_2021.pdf\">85%<\/a> in 2021) for 13 categories in six languages. In testing, the software achieved its best result when blocking almost 100 percent of inappropriate \u201cadult content\u201d for Windows.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Lab tests also revealed the over-blocking detection rate significantly decreased in 2022 \u2013 down to 5.6 percent for Windows (<a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.av-test.org\/fileadmin\/pdf\/reports\/AV-TEST_Kaspersky_Parental_Control_Test_December_2021.pdf\">6.7%<\/a> in 2021) and 4.8 percent for Android (<a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.av-test.org\/fileadmin\/pdf\/reports\/AV-TEST_Kaspersky_Parental_Control_Test_December_2021.pdf\">6%<\/a> in 2021).&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In addition, Kaspersky Safe Kids managed to block more than 93 percent of tested webpages in Windows and Android in such categories as \u201calcohol, tobacco, drugs\u201d, \u201cvideo games\u201d and \u201cweapons, explosives, pyrotechnics\u201d\u2013 everything related to weapons from sales over depiction to construction and their display.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">AV-TEST has also recognized Kaspersky Safe Kids for its wide range of available features for monitoring and control.
