PMAP bestows this award to an organization that fulfills its business objectives and successfully manages its social and people management responsibilities. The award recognizes a purpose-driven organization that puts its people philosophies, principles, and values at the core of its operations\u2014one that operates beyond profits and nurtures passion &amp; a sense of personal growth in its people.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Reggie Pulumbarit, Vice President of 3M GSC Philippines and Managing Director of 3M Southeast Asia region, presented the case for 3M GSC Philippines prior the awarding ceremony, highlighting the organization\u2019s initiatives, strengths, and biggest differentiators.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201c3M Global Center Philippines takes pride in our ways of working and company culture, and we are humbled to gain recognition as a top employer,\u201d said Pulumbarit. \u201cSince its establishment in 2016, 3M GSC has committed to keeping people at its core.
