This is the second year the organization has received this recognition in the Asia Pacific region. Recertification includes Schneider Electric\u2019s offices in Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Vietnam, Philippines, Thailand, and certification in Taiwan for the first time.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Great Place to Work Institute bases its certification, in part, on its proprietary Employee Trust Index survey. Overall, countries which were recertified saw survey Index scores increasing by an average of 5% over last year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cBuilding a culture of trust, empathy and inclusion for our organization is as important to our growth and success as designing innovative solutions for our customers,\u201d said Manish Pant, President Schneider Electric, East Asia and Japan. \u201cWe are thrilled to once again be certified as a Great Place to Work.
