This is the second consecutive year that Lenovo has been ranked as a best place to work for disability inclusion.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In 2022, 415 corporations, including 69 Fortune 100, 188 Fortune 500, and 227 Fortune 1000 utilized the DEI to benchmark their disability inclusion efforts, with \u2018best place to work\u2019 reserved for those that scored 80 or higher on the index.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cDisability inclusion is a rapidly expanding aspect of corporate culture, and it\u2019s gratifying to partner with 415 companies on the 2022 Disability Equality Index,\u201d said Jill Houghton, President and CEO of Disability:IN. \u201cThese top-scoring companies not only excel in disability inclusion, many are also adopting emerging trends and pioneering measures that can move the disability agenda from accommodation to inclusion and ultimately, genuine belonging.\u201d&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Lenovo has set a global goal to expand its understanding of disability in its workforce to eight markets around the world by 2025. The company also empowers employees with disabilities and their allies through employee resource groups currently based in the U.S. and Europe, and supports organizations that promote accessibility through its&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/news.lenovo.com\/school-hall-to-safari-vr-experiences-children-special-educational-needs\/\">social impact programs<\/a>&nbsp;and&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/news.lenovo.com\/pressroom\/press-releases\/lenovo-dxc-technology-partner-with-dr-peter-scott-morgan-accessibility-solutions\/\">innovations<\/a>.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cWhile the Disability Equality Index helps us benchmark ourselves against other companies in the U.S., it also inspires us to keep extending and improving our practices,\u201d commented Calvin J.
