Dennis Pamintuan\u00a0added that since 2019, it has been the thrust of Mayor Zamora\u2019s administration to digitalize San Juan, and that these efforts would help in the fight against corruption.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cStarpay is committed to supporting the government and LGUs. We have been helping our fellow Filipinos during the pandemic through the efficient delivery of financial support. We intend to continue assisting the&nbsp;government and even private institutions in delivering reliable digital services,\u201d shared Starpay Operations Head Richard Rosettes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Also present at the event were Starpay Chief Financial officer Ulysses Lao, Corporate Secretary, Atty. Philip Co Jr. and Director Ryan Uy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>San Juan business owners can pay their permits via Starpay<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">With the Staypay partnership with the City of San Juan,\u00a0those applying for business permits can log in to the\u00a0 LGU\u2019s e-service portal, fill up the form and attach all required scanned documents. The BPLO office will conduct the assessment, and once approved applicants will receive an email, which includes the online payment procedure.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Applicants will receive a Starpay QR code which can be scanned with\u00a0 Starpay application. Users can also use a compatible QRPH-compliant application to settle payments.\u00a0The app is equipped with an interoperable QRPH standard, even non-Starpay users can settle their payments by simply scanning the\u00a0 Starpay QR code.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Starpay foresees\u00a0 tremendous growth of its platform, with more Filipinos appreciating the convenience of digital financial technology. With Starpay, users can pay their bills online, buy e-load, send money through InstaPay, and purchase gaming pins. The company is currently focused on addressing the needs of unbanked communities. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Organizations and LGU units that wish to kickstart the transformational efforts can send an email to\u00a0<a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"mailto:partnerships@starpay.com.ph\" target=\"_blank\">partnerships@starpay.com.ph<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Starpay Corporation is a licensed electronic money issuer, regulated by the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas.
