Alibaba Cloud, the digital technology and intelligence backbone of Alibaba Group, announced it will support\u00a0CIBI Information, Inc. (CIBI), one of the Philippine\u2019s leading credit reporting\u00a0agencies, to digitalize its anti-fraud business and accelerate financial inclusion in the country by harnessing its cloud technologies.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Alibaba Cloud will provide CIBI with its Infrastructure-as-a-Service (IaaS) system and cloud-native services such as elastic compute, database, security, storage and network service to host CIBI\u2019s fraud bureau, which will help financial institutions combat the rising fraud cases in the country.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Leveraging Alibaba Cloud\u2019s advanced technologies and services, CIBI will be able to enjoy the benefits of cloud services, including faster deployments, high availability, strengthened security and advanced disaster recovery capabilities, ensuring a more efficient way to manage its business.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

With the first-ever fraud bureau in place, Filipino consumers and businesses now have greater protection against scams and frauds.
