Our global commitment to promoting equality and inclusion among our employees is present in all markets where Home Credit is operating. GEARS will provide Philippine-specific data to form a baseline of information used to create policies, guidelines, and projects and make decisions to promote more diversity and inclusion in the workplace.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Home Credit Philippines\u2019 top management and leaders will also attend a high-level executive course about Sexual Orientation, Gender Identity, and Expression (SOGIE). This training will show the leaders how they play a vital role in championing equality within the company and inculcate gender awareness and sensitivity from top to bottom of the organization.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Before the company joined the coalitions, Home Credit Philippines had already implemented projects and participated in events such as Pride Month and International Women\u2019s Month to celebrate diversity and inclusion. Its commitment to equality is also reflected in its talents with a gender ratio of 50\/50, and people management, where women occupy key positions in the company.\u202f&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Home Credit Philippines goes beyond just gender, nationality, culture, and background.
