These are the companies offering stability in the ever-changing world of work\u2014the ones that are attracting employees and retaining them.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To put together this year\u2019s rankings, the company looked at LinkedIn data across seven pillars, each revealing a critical element of career progression: the ability to advance, skills growth, company stability, external opportunity, company affinity, gender diversity, and spread of educational backgrounds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Philippines Top Companies for 2022 are:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" type=\"1\"><li>Smart Communications<\/li><li>Accenture<\/li><li>Shell<\/li><li>Metrobank<\/li><li>Emerson<\/li><li>BDO Unibank<\/li><li>Manila Water<\/li><li>Nestle<\/li><li>WPP<\/li><li>Philippine General Hospital<\/li><li>Insular Life Assurance Company Ltd.<\/li><li>Robinsons Bank Corporation<\/li><li>San Miguel Corporation<\/li><li>DXC Technology<\/li><li>Cognizant<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Key trends from this year\u2019s Top Companies list include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Flexible work is no longer just a nice-to-have:<\/strong><ul><li>During the pandemic, Metrobank developed <a href=\"https:\/\/annualreport.metrobank.com.ph\/people\/\">employee wellness programs<\/a>, from work-from-home policies to employee training. The company offers programs to support its employees\u2019 emotional and mental well-being.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li><strong>Offering stability in an unstable world \u2013 upskilling opportunities: <\/strong>Despite the challenges and disruptions caused by the pandemic, these top companies are offering stability through upskilling opportunities that employees can count on.<ul><li>Accenture strengthened its <a href=\"https:\/\/www.rappler.com\/brandrap\/upskilling-undergraduates-thrive-covid-19-pandemic\/\">Near-Hire Training program<\/a> to help non-college job applicants who have the potential to meet the entry-level requirements.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li><strong>Mental health goes mainstream at work<\/strong>: Committed to the wellbeing of their employees, many of this year\u2019s honorees provide services that address mental health and resilience.<ul><li>Smart Communications launched the \u201c<a href=\"https:\/\/cms.pldt.com\/drupal\/article\/pldt-smart-strengthen-employees-mental-health-and-wellness-amid-pandemic\">Mind Your Health<\/a>\u201d program to support employees\u2019 mental health during the pandemic.
