Among those who took part include mWell\u2019s Dr. Maria Bernadett Carandang and Roxanne Montealegre, who is a PLDT Home Biz MomBassador and part of mWell\u2019s mom communities. Dr. Carandang discussed ways to manage stress and fatigue, especially amid the pandemic, while also touching on self-care for individuals. Meanwhile, Montealegre, as a new mom, shared what it\u2019s like to navigate through digital parenting. Now more than ever, we hope that each of us will find the strength to be&nbsp;<em>better every day&nbsp;<\/em>and know that in times of darkness, we have&nbsp;<em>this<\/em>&nbsp;safe space \u2013 to provide comfort and support during difficult times,\u201d said Cathy Yap-Yang, who is PLDT and Smart\u2019s First Vice President and Group Head for Corporate Communications.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cIn Gabay Guro, we believe that supporting our teachers creates a ripple effect of positive change, which greatly impacts today\u2019s society \u2013 most especially, our youth, who are the hope of our future. With this hyper-collaborative initiative, we bring to our teachers a special session that we hope will inspire each of them to strive towards becoming the best versions of themselves.
