It is also designed to address changing customer preferences and behaviors especially now that the Covid-19 is still active.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cSt. Peter has been undergoing continuous change even before the pandemic. We realized early on that we needed to transform and adapt to a world that\u2019s rapidly turning digital,\u201d said Victor Jose Tancinco, president and chief executive officer at St. Peter Life Plans and Chapels.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As people are now comfortable using technology and online engagement has become increasingly popular nowadays, these have transformed the deathcare industry to meet the new normal, and the reason eStore was conceived. \u201cWe recognize the need to engage to our current planholders and reach prospective clients in the digital space,\u201d said Tancinco.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To avail of eStore services, Jonathan Vitangcol, senior vice president and chief operating officer-Life Plan at St. Peter Life Plans and Chapels, said \u201ccustomers must visit the website, register and create an account to check all options for traditional plans. Once a decision on preferred plans or services was made, it\u2019s time to add to cart the preferred services. When everything is in order and confirmed, the payment options can be accessed.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Vitangcol said customers are allowed to check their account where a list of St. Peter life plans can be seen as well as click and explore their contract details. \u201cWe make sure that we are in touch with our clients. We treat them like family and close friends because there is death involved.
