Alibaba Cloud moved further on right and appeared as a Visionary for the first time.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">According to Gartner, \u201cThe scope of the&nbsp;<em>Magic Quadrant for CIPS<\/em>&nbsp;includes Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) and integrated Platform as a Service (PaaS) offerings.\u201d The evaluation criteria cover a vendor\u2019s ability to execute and the completeness of its vision. Under these criteria, the report analyzed a provider\u2019s Product or Service, Market Responsiveness, Business Model, and Innovation, among other metrics.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cVisionaries have an ambitious vision of the future and are making significant investments in the development of unique technologies,\u201d according to Gartner.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cBeing named a Visionary in this year\u2019s\u00a0<em>Magic Quadrant for CIPS<\/em>\u00a0is an important achievement and acknowledges our strengths,\u201d\u00a0Jiangwei Jiang, Senior Researcher and General Manager of Infrastructure Products, Alibaba Cloud Intelligence,\u00a0\u201cWe intend to build on this momentum and look for new ways to reinforce our regional leadership, bolster our financial position and refine our corporate vision. This result is a great encouragement, and we look forward to further improving our cloud capabilities and continuing to meet the needs of our customers around the world.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Given the company\u2019s knowledge of local markets and ability to act as a bridge to digital commerce, Alibaba Cloud is well-positioned to be the preferred provider in emerging cloud markets.
