PLDT and Smart Communications, Inc. (Smart) customers are shifting online as COVID-19 cases rise in the country.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Philippines\u2019 largest integrated telco has seen a significant increase in virtual bookings nationwide, particularly in areas under the enhanced community quarantine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Work-from-home customer service frontliners have supported and resolved over a thousand transactions for PLDT and Smart customers who book appointments online. Also, 98% of all social media cases have been responded to within the first 15 minutes of posting.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cIt is good to see that our customers are maximizing our online channels and digital services. We have put these platforms in place to serve our customers better, and at the same time, keep them and our employees safe amid the pandemic,\u201d said Alfredo S. Panlilio, Smart Communications President and CEO and PLDT Chief Revenue Officer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

PLDT and Smart customers are encouraged to enroll their bills electronically, by emailing pldtbilling@pldt.com.ph<\/a> and smartbilling@smart.com.ph<\/a> They can also visit my.pldthome.com<\/a> or https:\/\/pldthome.com\/paymentcenters<\/a> for bills payment options. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mobile customers are encouraged to download and use the GigaLife App to manage their subscriptions on prepaid and postpaid. Smart subscribers can check their balance, link other accounts, top-up load and pay their bills.  The Gigalife app is available on IOS and Android.  Moreover, Smart Postpaid customers can also pay their bills via the Smart Pay Express Link in their monthly billing SMS, or by logging on to https:\/\/my.smart.com.ph<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n

PLDT and Smart customers can also enroll their postpaid accounts in their credit card\u2019s auto-debit feature or use the bills payment services through the websites or mobile apps of their banks. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Customers can also pay for their phone and internet bills, or buy load via PayMaya, Lazada, and Shopee and enjoy incentives through the \u201cStay Safe, Pay Online\u201d campaign. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The repairs and installation teams are also ready to serve customers, although their mobility is subject to restrictions imposed by local government units and the IATF.
