{"id":37874,"date":"2020-03-09T11:20:45","date_gmt":"2020-03-09T03:20:45","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.upgrademag.com\/web\/?p=37874"},"modified":"2020-03-09T11:20:49","modified_gmt":"2020-03-09T03:20:49","slug":"ford-phl-expands-operations-of-customer-relationship-center","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/www.upgrademag.com\/web\/2020\/03\/09\/ford-phl-expands-operations-of-customer-relationship-center\/","title":{"rendered":"Ford Phl expands operations of customer relationship center"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Ford Philippines is extending the operating hours of its Customer Relationship Center (CRC) as part of its efforts to enhance the customer experience.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Starting March 1, 2020, the Ford CRC will be open every Saturday from 8:00am to 5:00pm to assist customers on after-sales and service transactions beyond its usual operating hours during weekdays.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cWe recognize that our customers have varying lifestyles and work schedules so extending the operating hours of the Ford CRC to Saturday is a great initiative to improve the Ford ownership experience,\u201d shares PK Umashankar, managing director, Ford Philippines. \u201cWe look forward to serving and assisting our customers on the CRC which is now available to take calls six days a week.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Ford CRC can be reached at +63-2-8866-9408 or 1-800-10-736-3673 on Monday to Friday from 8:00am to 6:00pm and Saturday from 8:00am to 5:00pm.
