With its powdered-metal technology, the zinc-alloy hinge can\nendure 25,000 open-and-close cycles, and can enhance resistance to corrosion as\nit is coated with indium and stannum. It is also equipped with Dolby Vision\nhigh dynamic range technology for increased brightness, expanded contrast,\ncolor and details to images.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The\ndevice combines the power of an 8<sup>th<\/sup> Gen Intel Core i5 processor, 8GB\nof memory, 512GB M.2 PCIe SSD storage option, AMD Radeon 540X 2GB or Integrated\nIntel UHD 620 GPU on Unified Memory Architecture (UMA), and runs Windows 10 Pro\n64-bit OS. Equipped with a Rapid Charge feature that fuels the battery up to\n80% in just an hour of charging, the ThinkBook 13S has a battery life of up to\n11 hours. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The\nlaptop also comes with preloaded features such as the Lenovo Vantage which\noffers tools for preventive hardware diagnostics, personalized hardware\nsettings, and auto-install of critical updates; and Lenovo Migration Assistant,\na free application that helps migrate all user files and settings when\nupgrading systems. It also has a 30-day trial of the entire Microsoft Office\nsuite of productivity tools.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For\nits security features, the ThinkBook 13S is equipped with ThinkShield security\nsuite with features such as the Smart Power on fingerprint recognition for\ndevice access, FIDO (Fast Identity Online) security for safer online\nauthentication, and discrete Trusted Platform Module (dTPM 2.0) encryption\ncapabilities which encrypt and store device user credentials on a separate chip\nfor added security. It also has a ThinkShutter webcam cover for physical\nsecurity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">ThinkBook\n13S users can enjoy business-grade support services such as Premium Support\nwhich provides direct access to skilled and experienced Lenovo technicians\noffering comprehensive hardware and software support. This also includes next\nbusiness day on-site support wherein Lenovo IT experts personally troubleshoot\nany problems and provide solutions on-premises.
