Whether it\u2019s table games or slots, Vegas has it all \u2013 and some! But when it comes to discussing the most popular games, there are a few that stand out above the rest. We are of course, talking about Blackjack, roulette and slots. These three seem to attract the largest audiences and it\u2019s easy to see why casino-goers enjoy them so much \u2013 they\u2019re easy to play, fast-paced and fun. But most of all, they can provide some hefty pay-outs, as we\u2019re about to see. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

These five people have won big and they won these life-changing sums of cash in Sin City.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Biggest slots win <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The biggest ever slots\nwin in Las Vegas was back in March 2003, when Ethan Miller, a then-25-year-old\nfrom Los Angeles visited the Excalibur casino. He had wagered $100 in a\nMegabucks slot machine and the odds were well and truly stacked against him at\n1:16.7 million. But he pulled the lever and lady lucky was clearly on his side.\nMiller won an extortionate $39.7 million! <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Who knows if he ever\nwent back to his job as a software developer, there isn\u2019t much information on\nhim online and it\u2019s believed he had wanted to remain anonymous. With a win like\nthat, who can blame him?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Another big slots win<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Only a couple of\nmillion behind him, Cynthia Jay-Brennan is still Vegas\u2019 second-highest winning\nslots player to date. She was working in the city at the time as a cocktail\nwaitress and had wagered $27 in a Megabucks slot at the Desert Inn. She won a\nhefty $34.9 million. But it wasn\u2019t all good news for Jay-Brennan, who suffered\nan unfortunate car accident after her win, leaving her paralysed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Biggest blackjack (and baccarat) win<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Australian media tycoon\nand billionaire, Kerry Packer witnessed the highs and lows of gambling. He took\na trip to Vegas in order to increase his wealth \u2013 and that\u2019s exactly what he\ndid. It\u2019s believed he won $33 million combined on the blackjack and baccarat\ntables in one visit to the MGM Grand Casino in Vegas. He often won as much as\n$7 million every year on his annual holidays to the UK, which involved wagering\nin various London casinos. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

He wasn\u2019t always so\nfortunate though\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Biggest roulette win<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Who else but Ashley\nRevell who hit the blackjack table for a Sky One mini-series entitled Double or Nothing<\/em>? Gambling-obsessed\nBrit, Revell decided to sell all of his possessions, including his clothes, and\nraised additional funds through car boot sales and auctions \u2013 even changing his\nname by deed poll to Ashley \u2018Blue Square\u2019 Revell after the bookies contributed\nto his fund. He visited the roulette table at the Plaza Hotel & Casino in\nVegas and gambled $135,300 on a single spin of the wheel, betting on red. The\nball landed on 7 red and he doubled his money.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Revell used his\nwinnings to set up an online poker company, called Poker UTD (which combined\nfootball with poker) which later went out of business. He has since gone into\nrecruitment and has a business that matches online gambling companies with job\napplicants.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As well as featuring on\nthe Sky One show, he has also featured in an E! documentary, alongside famous\npoker, blackjack and gin player, Stu Ungar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
