Pradhan has been serving as interim leader for these countries since November 2017 and prior to that was Finance, Accounting &amp; Procurement (FA&amp;P) Service Delivery Leader for the Philippines, responsible for all the FA&amp;P services delivered to the company\u2019s clients from the Philippines.<\/span><\/strong><u><\/u><u><\/u><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.upgrademag.com\/web\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/05\/Rishi-Pradhan.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-31902\" src=\"http:\/\/www.upgrademag.com\/web\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/05\/Rishi-Pradhan.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"622\" height=\"432\" srcset=\"http:\/\/www.upgrademag.com\/web\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/05\/Rishi-Pradhan.jpg 622w, http:\/\/www.upgrademag.com\/web\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/05\/Rishi-Pradhan-300x208.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 622px) 100vw, 622px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p class=\"yiv3921306304ydp554cd193yiv4870265270MsoNormal\"><span lang=\"EN-GB\">Conduent\u2019s operations in the Philippines include 8,500 employees, based in Metro Manila and Cebu City, and in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia 700 employees, that are engaged in a range of activities including finance and accounting services, HR services, transaction processing, healthcare and customer experience services.<u><\/u><u><\/u><\/span><span lang=\"EN-GB\"><u><\/u>\u00a0<u><\/u><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"yiv3921306304ydp554cd193yiv4870265270MsoNormal\"><span lang=\"EN-GB\">\u201cConduent has a significant presence in both the Philippines and Malaysia which are key service delivery locations for the company in the Asia Pacific region,<\/span><span lang=\"EN-GB\">\u201d<\/span><span lang=\"EN-GB\">\u00a0said Pradhan. \u201cOur employees, that we will continue to grow in both countries, are our most valued resource and key to delivering excellent customer service.
