It\u00a0launched Ecooter in China in March 2017, eventually garnering dealerships in France, Spain, Vietnam and now Philippines.<\/p>\n<p>Electric motorcycles were introduced since 1993, but were limited by poor battery power. A new electric bike with pedal was made, and to date, that&#8217;s the only electric motor that can be seen.
