Also \u2013 and this may be particularly true to Millennials \u2013 42% would quit a job with poor technology, and 82% base their decision to accept job\/s on available technologies in the workplace.<\/p>\n<p>Fortunately, technology continues to improve up to 10 times every five years.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAnd what does this mean? It means technology is getting faster, it\u2019s getting more powerful, it\u2019s getting smaller, and so on,\u201d Latinazo said.<\/p>\n<p>And so, because of these changes in technology, the newer workforce requirements are answered.<\/p>\n<p>This is the very reason why Dell EMC Philippines, as a company, continues to \u201cexpand the boundaries of what\u2019s possible,\u201d said Latinazo, by \u201cfinding better ways to do business.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>More recently, the company refreshed its Latitude portfolio with the \u201cincreasingly mobile workforce in mind.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe are entering the future of work where the way people work and run their businesses constantly change as technology continue to evolve. It also comes with an active pen enabled by Wacom technology, hardware and software security options including Dell ControlVault&#x2122; 2.0, contacted and contactless Smart Card Readers, touch fingerprint reader or infrared camera.<\/p>\n<p>At less than 2lbs, the Latitude 5290 2-in-1 has 12.3\u201d convertible screen featuring Full HD finished with OTP touch panels. It has a narrow bezel, Intel Core 8th Gen Processor, and auto-deploy kickstand which rotates up to 150 degrees for multiple viewing angles.<\/p>\n<p>The Latitude 5290 2-in-1 offers various security options to meet various security needs.
