He is the former general manager and current corporation representative of the board director at Alpha Networks Incorporated. Hsiao also previously held positions as sales manager at Wang Laboratories, Vice President of Sales at Lite-On Technology Corporation, and columnist at DigiTimes.<\/p>\n<p>Hsiao graduated from National Chiao Tung University with a degree in telecommunication engineering.
