It also has a five-inch HD screen with in-plane switching (IPS) that enables clear viewing of photos, videos, and Websites, plus 3D stereo sound. For mobile photographers, there\u2019s the 8MP rear camera, as well as 8MP front camera with multi-shutter capability that can be activated by just smiling, flashing a \u201cpeace\u201d sign, talking, or using the fingerprint sensor.<\/p>\n<p>The Starmobile UP Rave is available in Starmobile concept stores, kiosks and authorized resellers nationwide for P4,290. Established in 2011, Starmobile is the mobile devices division of Star Telecom Alliance Resources, Inc.
