Basically, she said, the biggest value that it brings to customers would be skills, support, and experience.<\/p>\n<p>According to Martin Oberhuber, Principal Data Scientist and International Practice Lead at ThinkBig, the company adopts open source technologies that can best complement existing platforms, and boasts of data scientists and engineers that have the know-how that conform to the needs of its clients.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cHadoop and its fast-growing ecosystem of open source projects have quickly become first-class technology assets, regardless of an organization\u2019s size or geography,\u201d said Oberhuber. \u201cWe\u2019re committed to realizing the best combination of the latest open source technologies to complement existing platforms. We have a lot of data center applications that we really apply on their projects, and if they see business value in it, we encourage them to pursue and help them in doing so.
