Providers are classified as leader, established or challenger depending on their overall score.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cLeadership in the cloud IT infrastructure services market requires very strong in-house software development skills, and all the leaders in our <a href=\"http:\/\/on.ihs.com\/29ZhLZY\">Scorecard<\/a> have a long history of innovation. This is not expected to change moving forward,\u201d said <a href=\"https:\/\/technology.ihs.com\/Biographies\/526140\/clifford-grossner-phd\">Cliff Grossner, senior research director, data center, cloud and SDN, at IHS Markit<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cEstablished players, meanwhile, are able to leverage an existing services client base to which they can offer operational efficiencies.
