As a strategic, consulting partner, Mercer will help PSIA develop greater insight into the people-related issues crucial to enhancing the Philippine Software Industry.<\/p>\n
Under the aegis of this partnership, Mercer will undertake in-depth quarterly talent research and work with PSIA\u2019s more than 146 member companies in developing actionable insights to improve human resources in the IT and Software Development industry.<\/p>\n
